What do I send?
The carrier estimate (an Xactimate PDF is ideal), plus any photos, invoices, moisture logs, or job notes you have.
Do you work with Xactimate and XactAnalysis?
Yes. We review Xactimate estimates and can work inside your XactAnalysis workflow when you authorize access. You stay in control of the account.
Are you a public adjuster?
No. ScopeMax provides estimate and scope review support for contractors. We don't represent the policyholder or make coverage decisions.
Do you submit the supplement to the carrier?
You submit it by default. We prepare the findings and documentation your team needs, and Concierge clients can get help putting the package together.
How much does it cost?
$500 per claim, $3,000 a month for up to 10 claims, or $5,000 a month for Concierge with unlimited claims.
What if you don't find anything?
You still get a clear report of everything we checked. Pay Per Claim is the low-risk way to try us on one file.
