Use of Service

Use the service only for lawful estimate-review work and submit materials you are authorized to share. Do not use the service to upload unlawful content, interfere with the site, or access another person's account. We may restrict access when necessary.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of materials you submit and for maintaining access to the email account you use to communicate with ScopeMax. Do not share credentials or claim documents you are not authorized to provide.

ScopeMax may update its estimate-review process, reports, or service availability over time. Any changes will be described in the service or communicated to customers when appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

ScopeMax provides estimate review and reporting, not insurance coverage, adjusting, legal advice, or a guarantee of claim payment. To the extent allowed by law, ScopeMax is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the service. You remain responsible for claim decisions and submissions.
